Council Meetings

City of Trail Regular Council Meetings are scheduled on the second and fourth Mondays of each month with the exception of the months of July and August when meetings are held once per month on the third Monday of the month and in December when the meeting is held on the second Monday of the month. If a Council Meeting date falls on a statutory holiday, that meeting is held on Tuesday of that week. Regular Council Meetings start at 6:00 pm.

Council meetings are open to the public.  The public can observe in person at Trail City Hall, 1394 Pine Avenue or remotely by Zoom.  The Zoom link is included within the agenda for each meeting that is posted on the City’s website at www.trail.ca/agendas.

The Public Question Period in which the public can pose questions to Council occurs following the adoption of the minutes and any scheduled delegations.
